a different kind of apathy

and i had this sudden urge to blog, to spill my thoughts in black and white, what i read.
because of the 143.5 cm of railway tracks kept apart,
pre-determined, once upon a time by others out of convenience
that the future drew on, and kept religiously.
and it is the precise laying down of rules,
that eradicated the essence of things.
people deemed certain things the way life should be,
and others came along to glorify that ideal
such that,
at the end of the day, it is a formality without the distilled purest form of experience.
isnt that how the jews were, and still are
rules and the law they've kept religiously
because it was deemed the way.
what, is pre-ordained and why should we keep it?
like as we would, can we change things to the way we want them to?
your week can start on a wednesday if u cared,
and birthdays can come as and when i wanted to,
so long that appreciation for the person being who they are is evanescent.
go back to the core, to the essence of ideas and thoughts.
that will redefine everything,
but it is precisely these changes that we need.
change your railway tracks, they dont always have to be determined by the width by which your train carriages have their wheels.
what about setting your tracks, then determining the intimacy of those wheels to carry you forth?
and this is not jus about flexibility,
its not even about change for change's sake.
what would we give to question-
have things always been like that?
and then finding our answers to it.
